The whole reason why I put this article is because to help people 'discover' that some don't even knows has  ....once you get the result.....you realize all the action you have taken during your daily life add up into that intelligence.....at times people like me did not know is a strength  until i realize  many people cant read body language...put yourself into their shoes...consulting....is always been my strength as it kinda automatically just activate even without me knowing....so here are mine 'interpersonal'

Interpersonal

Interpersonal intelligence is the capacity to understand and interact effectively with others. This intelligence involves the ability to discern the moods, temperaments, dispositions, motivations, and desires of other people and respond appropriately. This is the "people-person" intelligence. It is evident in successful teachers, social workers, actors, or politicians, and operates primarily through person-to-person relationships and communication. It involves skills such as effective communication, working together with others towards a common goal, and noticing distinctions among individuals. If one has high interpersonal intelligence, he or she is probably popular and has many friends. As a child, it is likely that Interpersonal people were often the leader of a group and were able to organize and influence peers with skill. Their talent for interpreting and understanding the feelings of others makes them a good mediator and a potential earpiece for many of their friends. They learn best when involved in team activities and cooperative ventures.

What Is Intrapersonal Intelligence?
The word intrapersonal means “within the self”—so, “intrapersonal intelligence” is another term for self-awareness or introspection. It’s part of psychologist Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. People who have high intrapersonal intelligence are aware of their emotions, motivations, beliefs, and goals. They know what they like, what they dislike, who they are, and what they want to do. This is not the same as interpersonal, or socially skilled. Intra- means “within” or “internal.”
Students with intrapersonal intelligence are often:
·       Self-motivated
·       Independent
·       Introverted
·       Organized
·       Goal-oriented
·       Confident
·       Positive
·       Skilled at self-reflection

So what is your's ?

the beginning of new carrer....is never full of roses but more of reality check

I have to apologize....for not updating my blog as regular as it should be as I have started my first job as a  assistant personal shopper....I have so much to learn for this 6 whole month ....1 week has pass and just did  the event called black friday.....It can be draining at times and sometime I feel like giving up....but I told myself that to be patient and soon it will be rewarding....what keeps me going is my understanding lover and my supportive colleague.... who understand my job to learn practically everything from the basic operation...sales their culture ....you have to work hard and make everyone knows who you are when you just join the company....I have to understand that my work-life balance might kinda be screw up when I take this offer but I believe that the more I invested on it will soon be rewarding....I know it might sound like a happy fun job to be paid as shopping but at the end of the day you have to proof to people that you are an asset to company.....I am still under supervision for 6 mth and I hope I can proof myself that I am more capable without me knowing...
